- RESPR was incorporated in 2002 as a New Mexico small business.
- RESPR focused initial product development efforts, specifically for the wind energy sector with its wind assessment and forecast products.
- By 2004, RESPR acquired customers for wind assessment and forecast products, in addition to research projects and consulting contracts.
- In 2007, RESPR formed a new joint venture company so the new company exclusively focused on wind/energy product development, marketing, etc.
- In 2009, RESPR is back to actively developing technology products, business and technology consulting, including in many known renewable (green) energy sectors (e.g., wind, solar, biomass, geothermal, etc.).
- In 2010, RESPR streamlined its business operations into multiple divisions. Three of those divisions are: RESPR Wind Energy Assessment, GREEN based Consulting, and RESPR Technology Development and Applicaitions.
